GAME OVERVIEW
Culdcept Revolt is a turn-based strategy video game for nintendo 3ds. The main character, a young boy named Allen, is a fresh recruit army of rebels fighting the tyranny of Count Kraniss. In the course of the adventure, he and his allies try to overthrow the regime of this unjust and cruel ruler, destroying the commanding troops. The plot was presented in the form of interrupts made in the popular visual novel format, which we deal in between duels. Although the game is relatively intricate, it slowly nurtures the player through basic game concepts. By acting as an arbiter and automatically enforcing the rules, game complexity is kept to manageable levels. After enough sessions, players should be able to figure out various strategies and be able to effectively practice deck optimization techniques.
